LILLINPORTTI offers cozy rental homes in Oulu and the neighbouring area - straightforwardly and reliably!
LILLINPORTTI is a close family business, in which belong a married couple Pekka and Veera and Pekka's sister Päivi. The business was started in the beginning of 2022, but we have exprerience in being landlords for over a decade. The core idea of Lillinportti is to serve from the heart, from human to human. Our operation is strongly guided by our core values to be a reliable, straightforward and responsible partner who is easy to contact in all matters related to housing. We aim to serve casually but effectively - always holding on to agreements. The business and the persons are both members of Suomen Vuokranantajat Ry (Finnish Lessors Registered Association) whose lawyers have created the rental contract basis which we use.
All the homes of Lillinportti have been and will be bought thinking that we could also live there ourselves. The homes are in good condition and have a central location, all services closeby and with good traffic connections. We want to offer homes also for senior citizens and try to have unobstructed homes whenever possible.
Pekka is a Master of Science in Technology and an expert in global supply chain. He has a great passion for being a landlord. He has a double-digit amount of years as being a landlord as well as signed rental contracts.
Veera is a Master of Education, who at the moment takes care of the financial management. She has been a landlady for several years. She can serve you also in English if needed.
Päivi is a Master of Science and works as an executive secretary. She has a long experience as store manager and a purchasing agent in fashion retail. Her strengths are finding out the customer's need and having a great visual eye for the homes.
We do this sincerely from the heart; our daughter's name is Lilli and she was diagnosed with a hole in her heart right after birth. The hole in the atrium of her heart has already healed up, but our promise to take care of her is always valid; by setting up this business we aim to ensure it even after we have passed on.
On the other hand, the name Lilli comes from our late grandmother Lilja: a person full of light and warmth whose home was always a warm and loving place - Lillinportti aims to do business with the same warmth.
